**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a visionary leader to own the revenue of a region and drive critical growth and performance metrics for both business and people.

  • Take complete ownership of high-impact initiatives - product launches, process improvements, category expansion, vendor partnerships etc.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business decisions through qualitative insights and in-depth analysis.
  • Foster a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate and manage a dynamic team of professionals (Business / Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs etc).
  • Create an ecosystem for successful Design experiences both for internal teams and customers.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction etc.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Contribute actively to business decisions through insightful inputs and data-driven analysis.
  • Have a strong grasp of design fundamentals and customer experience required for business success.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of young and ambitious professionals.
  • Develop an environment for successful Design experiences for both internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to drive and meet key performance indicators such as successful design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction etc.
