About the Role:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase business growth, manage teams, and improve customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with customers and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, finance)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in life insurance or financial services industry
