Main Responsibilities:- Foster a culture of excellence by staying aware of store sales and targets, utilizing resources effectively to meet or exceed them.
- Communicate product features and benefits, leveraging unique selling points to inspire customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting walk-in customers with questions about products, applications, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including entering orders, managing inventory, and coordinating delivery or loading orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked facility to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- A high school education is mandatory.
- Previous retail work experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
