Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in solar rooftop business development or sales. Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions, net metering, and power purchase agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
