Business Development Manager-Rooftop Solar

o Identify and generate leads for solar rooftop projects (residential, commercial, industrial).o Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets.o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the solar industry.o Engage with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and propose customized solar solutions.o Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.o Prepare and present technical and financial proposals for clients.o Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.o Collaborate with the technical and project execution teams for smooth project implementation. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in solar rooftop business development or sales. Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions, net metering, and power purchase agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
