About the Job:
Our team is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales force. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and activate advisors as per plan (activation on a monthly basis)
- Ensure active advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities
- Conduct meetings with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them accordingly
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face-to-face or digitally
- Review progress with reporting managers on a weekly basis
- Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by management
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree
- Age preferably less than 38 years
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in insurance sales
- Preferably localite (same city of job location)
- Should have a personal vehicle
