**About Us**

Pidilite Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other specialty chemicals.

We are hiring for the position of Technical Solutions Executive to drive penetration of our Standard Solution Product Range through collaboration with influencers and key dealers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the premium segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing and profiling waterproofing contractors in our database.
  • Collating the list of competition waterproofers and profiling them.
  • Ensuring sufficiency of waterproofers of each type linked to key dealers to service leads generated and access targeted consumer segments.
  • Identification and training of sales workers as per sufficiency norms in each geography/town to build sustainable service infrastructure.
  • Relationship management with waterproofers.
  • Loyalty program management and customer servicing.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and experience in business development. We offer a competitive salary package and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 2,400,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
