Highly Skilled Desktop Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

You will monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing systems within set timelines, perform remote troubleshooting, and escalate unresolved issues. You will also work closely with global IT teams for coordinated support.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
