Job Overview
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the workspace. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Monitor and report on customer experience metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel and aviation industries or coworking spaces.
- Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational and administration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
