Job Title

Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to create and manage a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and growth. This includes designing and implementing employee programs, conducting regular feedback sessions, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform HR strategies and initiatives, driving tangible improvements in employee satisfaction and retention metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.

Deliverables:

  • Annual engagement calendar tailored to all stakeholders with a mix of recognition events and initiatives for team connects.
  • Regularly updated engagement reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Successful implementation and monitoring of 1:1 connect programs.
  • Transparent communication initiatives, including internal channels for updates and collaboration.
  • High-quality surveys with data analysis and actionable recommendations.
