Strategic HR Partner

The Strategic HR Partner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the school's HR strategies, policies, and programs align with its mission and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Collaborate with school leadership to develop HR strategies that support the school's mission and educational objectives.
  • Talent Management:
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure the school has qualified staff.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on various issues, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure the school adheres to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and educational industry standards.
  • Workforce Planning:
    • Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans.
  • Training and Development:
    • Support the identification of training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to implement programs for faculty and staff.
  • Engagement Initiatives:
    • Develop and drive programs that promote a highly motivated and engaged workforce within the school environment.
  • HR Analytics:
    • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Change Management:
    • Assist with implementing new processes and technologies, supporting staff in adapting to organizational changes.
