Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Client Services & Brand Strategy to lead our client servicing team. This role demands a mix of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and creative content production. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the client services team, setting high standards for client engagement, project management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client services team, setting high standards for client engagement, project management, and service delivery.
  • Act as a senior advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, content, strategy, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all client projects.
  • Monitor and report on client and project performance, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
  • Lead pitch teams in developing and presenting proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the agency.
  • Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance, and profitability.
  • Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Manage team's work flow and load.
  • Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal and professional development.
  • Ensure timely team reviews and OKRs.


Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in professional client relationship management, a solid background in digital content, digital marketing, or advertising, and the ability to plan and strategize at a senior level. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, effective team management capabilities, and a keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints. Additionally, they will have full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms, and the willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas. Exceptional presentation skills to develop ideas and concepts into compelling campaign lead strategies are also essential. Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability are required, as well as the ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of how video content development works is an advantage, as is being well-versed in global and Indian trends, formats, and developments in branded content.

Qualifications and Prior Experience

The successful candidate will have at least 9-12 years of experience in building creative digital branded content campaigns at a publisher, agency, or media house. They will have a proven track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands, with expertise in social best practice across all platforms. They will also have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution, including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT. A strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives is essential, as is the ability to work with a team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
