About the Role

We are seeking a professional to join our support team, ensuring effective resolution of customer queries and feedback/VOC collection.

  • Timely and effective resolution of customer issues is key to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in resolving complex complaints and escalations across various channels.

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) include customer satisfaction (C-SAT), first response time (FRT), and resolution time (Q2R)
  • Full ownership of assigned cases and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with dependency teams and interact with management/leadership confidently
  • Write detailed reports on customer interactions to leadership/management
  • Adhere to SOPs and compliance requirements, exercising sound judgment to navigate obstacles independently
  • Provide insightful feedback to internal teams on improvement areas.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field required

  • Champion of customer-centricity and empathy, demonstrating drive for resolving customer issues
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization
  • Experience in L3/CEO/social media escalations role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Tamil or Telugu a bonus)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk)
  • Proven track record of containing and resolving highly complex complaints.
