Grievance Resolution Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and manage all formal grievances and complaints in a confidential and impartial manner
  • Conduct thorough investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  • Provide guidance on grievance handling procedures to employees and management
  • Analyze recurring patterns and suggest improvements to processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Ability to remain objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
