This role involves partnering with educational institutions to enhance their education standards through strategic planning and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of schools into educational initiatives.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor school participation and track engagement levels.
- Conduct orientation sessions and events to strengthen engagement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive retention by ensuring continuous school participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in educational sales, client servicing, or relationship management.
- Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
