Relationship Manager for Educational Institutions

About:

This role involves partnering with educational institutions to enhance their education standards through strategic planning and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of schools into educational initiatives.
  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation and track engagement levels.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring continuous school participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in educational sales, client servicing, or relationship management.
  • Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
