Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our team's technical endeavors. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive innovation.

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our team and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, develop and implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React.js & Python.
  • Experience with Micro Frontend and Micro Services architecture.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Mandatory-fundamental understanding.
  • Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.
  • Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Cypress, Playwright, Robot framework and wire mock.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are highly desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Strong development background.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
