Senior Innovation Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Innovation Leader to drive high-impact innovation within our organization. This strategic role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify transformative use cases and rapidly prototype solutions that align with our security requirements and enterprise architecture standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in AI/ML and automation, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills to bridge business goals with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovation Use Case Identification: Engage with client stakeholders to uncover and prioritize high-impact innovation opportunities.
  • Solution Architecture & Alignment: Design end-to-end solutions for approved innovation use cases, creating solid architectures that balance novelty with feasibility.
  • Lead Innovation Pods: Lead cross-functional teams to rapidly develop prototypes and pilot solutions.
  • Technical Leadership in AI & Automation: Serve as the subject matter expert in emerging technologies, guiding projects focused on agentified AI, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of innovative solutions with enterprise platforms and data sources.
  • Client Collaboration & Management: Act as a primary point of contact for innovation projects with clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Approximately 8–10 years of experience working with cutting-edge technologies in enterprise environments.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Automation & Integration: Proven experience with enterprise automation tools and integration techniques.
Skills Checklist:
  • AI & Machine Learning: Proficient in AI/ML concepts and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Generative AI Tools: Hands-on exposure to generative AI models and their applications.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform.
  • Enterprise Software & Integration: Familiar with enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Automation Technologies: Experience with robotic process automation tools and scripting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Scripting Languages: Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Database Systems: Experience with database systems like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
