As a Program Manager, you will lead the development of innovative initiatives that drive technological advancements and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Alignment Learning Advocate: Collaborate with business leaders to align learning programs with strategic priorities and enhance technical skills and knowledge of teams.
- Learning Journey Design Development: Work with subject matter experts to design compelling learning journeys that meet the needs of software development life-cycles.
- Program Maestro: Lead the execution of large-scale learning and innovation programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Global Synergy: Foster collaboration among international teams to share knowledge, best practices, and innovations.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget planning and management for tech enablement initiatives.
- LMS Proficiency: Leverage Learning Management Systems for effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning programs.
- Vendor Partnership: Build relationships with external vendors to bring cutting-edge tools and resources into the organization's ecosystem.
- Trailblazing Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Change Management: Support the organization in adapting to new technologies and learning initiatives by driving effective change management strategies.
- Experience: 9-12 years of progressive experience in technology-driven learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and managing impactful programs.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Certification in Learning and Development, Program Management, or relevant technology certifications is highly preferred.
- Software Development Acumen: Hands-on experience as a software engineer, with a focus on delivering scalable, elegant, and performant solutions.
- LMS Proficiency: In-depth experience working with Learning Management Systems and generating complex reports to assess program performance.
- Project/Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading multiple, large-scale LD projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working across all levels of an organization.
- Passion for Learning: Deep commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
