As a Program Manager, you will lead the development of innovative initiatives that drive technological advancements and foster a culture of continuous learning.

  • Trailblazing Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Change Management: Support the organization in adapting to new technologies and learning initiatives by driving effective change management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 9-12 years of progressive experience in technology-driven learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and managing impactful programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Certification in Learning and Development, Program Management, or relevant technology certifications is highly preferred.
  • Software Development Acumen: Hands-on experience as a software engineer, with a focus on delivering scalable, elegant, and performant solutions.
  • LMS Proficiency: In-depth experience working with Learning Management Systems and generating complex reports to assess program performance.
  • Project/Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading multiple, large-scale LD projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working across all levels of an organization.
  • Passion for Learning: Deep commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
