Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformation journey as Director of AI Transformation & Enablement. This pivotal role will drive company-wide initiative to leverage AI technologies, improve internal processes, and unlock new revenue streams.

About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for executing the AI Transformation strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals. The successful candidate will work closely with C-level executives and diverse teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of AI-led solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • AI Transformation Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute the AI Transformation strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, consulting lines of business, and technical teams.
  • Solution Prioritization: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI-led solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and business needs.
  • Adoption and Rollout: Implement a structured approach to roll out AI solutions across the organization.
  • Collaboration and Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts between LOB sponsors, engineers, solution coaches, and AI platform teams.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural transformation and change leadership to ensure the organization embraces AI technologies and new ways.

You will also have expertise in AI technologies and their applications, as well as experience in developing and implementing AI strategies.
