Job Description:
The Fundraising Executive will drive corporate partnerships, focusing on CSR initiatives. This dynamic role involves researching prospects, developing proposals, and building long-term relationships with corporate donors.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect research and outreach through cold calls and email campaigns
- Develop and present CSR proposals and donor communications
- Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships
- Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders
- Support donor recognition and branding deliverables
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business, Social Work, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to create proposals, presentations, and impact reports
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
