We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The primary objective of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) across the UK.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to strengthen ties with IFAs, enhancing their experience and satisfaction levels.
- Providing expert guidance and support to IFAs on our products and services, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Helping IFAs grow their business by offering timely assistance, solutions, and recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate records of IFA sales performance and providing constructive feedback to help them meet their targets.
- Addressing queries and resolving issues faced by IFAs in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Sharing market updates, product knowledge, and best practices with IFAs on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and optimal outcomes.
In order to excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, particularly within the IFA or wealth management sectors.
- A solid understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, or investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- The capacity to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
