Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and services is essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying their needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
  • A key aspect of the job is researching and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's goals.
  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive product/service consultations to clients, guiding their decision-making process and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients will be an important part of the role, as well as resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • The Relationship Manager will work closely with the sales team to meet sales/revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of company products and services is essential.
  • The ability to research and pursue new business opportunities is crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve client issues.
