Circle Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Circle Manager to lead our Bancassurance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bancassurance sales and private banking partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tie-up Management: Manage bancassurance tie-ups with private banks, leveraging the company's expertise to drive business growth.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives within the circle.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of supervisors and frontline staff, guiding them to achieve sales targets.
  4. Resource Allocation: Plan resource allocation and ensure the financial viability of the circle.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with supervisors to design sales strategies and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Bancassurance Sales: Minimum 7-9 years of experience in bancassurance sales.
  • Private Banking Partnerships: Experience in private banking partnerships is advantageous.
  • Candidate Profile: Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
