We are looking to hire Sales Officer and Team Leader for Jabalpur, Bhopal, Vidisha, Hoshangabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding Super Stockiest and Distributors for company's products (home care and personal care products)
- Collaborate with distributors to set achievable sales targets based on market potential and product demand, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
- Monitor distributor performance, including sales volume, market coverage, and adherence to distribution guidelines, taking corrective actions where needed
- Collect market information regarding competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends to inform distribution strategies

**Desired skills**:

- **Strong sales acumen**:Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales with distributors
- **Market understanding**:Deep knowledge of the FMCG market, including distribution channels, customer segments, and competitor landscape
**- Relationship management**:Ability to build trust and maintain positive long-term relationships with distributors
**- Negotiation skills**:Confidence in negotiating distribution agreements and terms with potential partners

Basic Salary: Upto 15000 to 20000 + TA + DA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
