Experienced Logistics Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to lead our shipping operations team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of shipping activities at our facility.

• Dispatch Operations: Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods, meeting customer expectations and adhering to company standards.
• SAP Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
• Inbound Freight Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of goods, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Fleet Management: Manage the deployment and utilization of vehicles, ensuring optimal routes and reducing fuel consumption.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a logistics environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
