Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive growth for customers.

  • This specialist will combine technical expertise with strategic vision to create compelling solutions that resonate with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer business challenges & drivers and creating technology-enabled solutions addressing them.
  • Staying abreast of modern technologies to create digital transformation.
  • Designing comprehensive solutions that span multiple service lines with an understanding of business case.

Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of various Enterprise Networking technologies & services such as MPLS, Internet, Ethernet, SDWAN, LAN, Wifi, campus networking.
  • Concept of Routing Protocols like Static, BGP, OSPF.
  • Security products: VPN, Firewall, UTM, Proxy, SASE, SIEM, SOAR, DLPs.
  • Hosting services: Public clouds & Hyper scalers, Data centers & Collocation, Virtualization - VMware /Hyper-V, Compute, Private cloud build, Storage, Backup, DR services.
  • Unified Communication – PBXs, Contact centers, Video collaboration & Mobility.
  • Expertise in any of the Technology of Network/Data Centre/Security/Unified Communication.

Benefits:

  • A graduate in Engineering with 7-12 years of experience is required.
  • An MBA is preferred, and pre-sales exposure is highly desirable.
  • Having 7-15 Yrs. of experience, with 4 to 6 years in Presales.
  • Experience of catering to Large Enterprises & SMB customers.
  • Exposure towards working on RFIs/RFQs/RFPs.

Working Conditions:

  • Providing solutioning support to sales teams for specific deals.
  • Creating & delivering capability presentations, defense presentations, writing solution design documents, responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs.
  • Creating point of view documents for customers.
  • Working closely with teams like Solution consultants, Product, Engineering & various cross-functional teams to create winning proposals.
  • Leading important projects that require guidance to project team to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Achieving sales target for the region.
  • Independently resolving complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
  • Operationally responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
  • Self-driven, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Having the relevant Industry certifications across various technology domains.

  • Articulating the value proposition and bringing the TCO and RoI benefits as appreciated by the customer.
  • Seamlessly working with various cross-functional teams to put together a wining solution proposal meeting the customer's technical requirements.
  • Working as a team player and having strong learning aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Adhering to Internal System & Process.
