Senior Embedded Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Embedded Solutions function. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in embedded systems and technology consulting, possessing deep domain expertise and technical proficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the global presales team for embedded solutions across multiple domains.
  • Defining presales frameworks, solution blueprints, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serving as a senior technical leader interfacing with C-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Understanding complex customer requirements and architecting embedded solutions tailored to each industry.
  • Creating high-impact RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, PoCs, and cost models.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in embedded systems and technology consulting.
  • Deep expertise in embedded platforms (ARM, RISC-V, DSPs, SoCs, RTOS).
  • Experience with C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, MATLAB/Simulink, and safety/security standards.
  • Knowledge of industry protocols and real-time communication systems.
