Job Title: Embedded Solutions Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our embedded solutions division. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales and engineering teams, providing deep domain expertise to support the sales process by crafting tailored embedded solutions that meet customer requirements.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a global presales team for embedded solutions across multiple domains.
  • Develop presales frameworks, solution blueprints, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as a senior technical leader interfacing with C-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Understand complex customer requirements and architect embedded solutions (hardware/software/systems) tailored to each industry.
  • Create high-impact RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, PoCs, and cost models.
  • Ensure proposals are technically sound, competitively priced, and aligned with customer pain points and business outcomes.
  • Act as the technical face of the organization in client discussions, workshops, and bid defenses.
  • Engage directly with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, healthcare providers, chip manufacturers, and system integrators.
  • Mentor, develop, and grow the presales engineering team, including domain experts and solution architects.
  • Promote cross-domain learning and establish best practices for solution design and proposal development.
  • Monitor KPIs, deal conversions, and solution quality metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in embedded platforms (ARM, RISC-V, DSPs, SoCs, RTOS).
  • Experience with C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, MATLAB/Simulink, and safety/security standards.
  • Knowledge of industry protocols and real-time communication systems.
