At PropKarmaA, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, connecting with target clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring successful deal closure.
Requirements:
- Graduation Degree: A degree from a recognized institution is required.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Vehicle: Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
