Business Development Opportunities

At PropKarmaA, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, connecting with target clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring successful deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Graduation Degree: A degree from a recognized institution is required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Vehicle: Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
