Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Livspace, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts that generate leads for Residential interiors projects. Your key objectives will include acquisition of new clients, managing sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility. You will work closely with the Sales Team to complete the sales cycle and develop the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients, and manage sales targets.
  • Key account management - Broker onboarding and relationship management for lead generation, apartment facility team onboarding and relationship management, apartment ambassador management, BTL activities for lead generation.
  • Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
  • Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
  • Develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to complete the sales cycle.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales/business development experience.
  • Experience in managing complex B2B sales/BD cycle within the Real Estate or Residentail space solutions domain.
  • Knowledge of the Workplace Market Sector in India, including competitive positioning and strategy.
  • Ability to travel in the region.
  • Experience working in Architecture, Interior Design firms, or related fields.
