We are seeking a seasoned, dedicated Senior Business Ambassador to join our team and play a key role in our sales and market development efforts for our Payments Processing business in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage sales targets and budgets effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive products and activities.
  • Review customer activities, anticipate customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement strategic engagement plans to support and expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience.
  • A Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Extensive network at the CXO level within the banking, financial services, and Fintech/Payments companies in India.
  • Demonstrated passion and success in the Banking & Financial Services sector, ideally also with experience in enterprise, digital, product, and fintech solutions and services sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the available products in the payments market landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the BFSI sector.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing large-scale deals.
  • Ability to operate independently and efficiently in a limited team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
