Senior Business Ambassador

We are seeking a seasoned, dedicated Senior Business Ambassador to join our team and play a key role in our sales and market development efforts for our Payments Processing business in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage sales targets and budgets effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitive products and activities.
- Review customer activities, anticipate customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement strategic engagement plans to support and expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20+ years of experience.
- A Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Extensive network at the CXO level within the banking, financial services, and Fintech/Payments companies in India.
- Demonstrated passion and success in the Banking & Financial Services sector, ideally also with experience in enterprise, digital, product, and fintech solutions and services sales.
- Strong knowledge of the available products in the payments market landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the BFSI sector.
- Experience in negotiating and closing large-scale deals.
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently in a limited team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
