As a Senior Business Ambassador, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales and market development efforts in India. With a deep understanding of the payments market and a passion for building strong relationships, you'll collaborate with our sales leadership to achieve our organization's sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to expand our customer base and establish a strong presence in the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive products, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging your extensive network at the CXO level within the banking, financial services, and Fintech/Payments companies in India.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying up-to-date on new products and competition status to inform your strategic decisions.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs, designing solutions that meet their evolving requirements and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • A Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to operate independently and efficiently in a limited team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the available products in the payments market landscape, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the BFSI sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to travel and attendance at industry events.
