A seasoned Bid and Proposal Manager is sought after to spearhead the development of compelling proposals that highlight our company's strengths and value proposition.
About the RoleThis pivotal position plays a crucial role in securing high-value contracts by researching, strategizing, and crafting persuasive proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
Candidates with experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications are highly sought after.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
