Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, team management, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Driving branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  3. Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products.
  4. Leading, mentoring, and motivating equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.
  6. Providing personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
