Job Description:

The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall business operations of a branch. This includes managing sales growth, distributor/dealer relationships, branch profitability, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

The role requires a results-driven leader who can ensure business expansion while maintaining market discipline and company policies.

  1. Business Growth & Sales Management
  2. Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
  3. Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
  4. Implement pricing, discount, and incentive policies.
  5. Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales, and government tenders.
  6. Branch Operations & Administration
  7. Manage day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial discipline, reporting standards, and company SOPs.
  9. Maintain branch profitability and manage cost efficiency.
  10. Team Leadership & Development
  11. Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team.
  12. Train team members on products, software solutions, and sales processes.
  13. Set performance targets and evaluate staff on defined KPIs.
  14. Customer & Market Engagement
  15. Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients.
  16. Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  17. Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and provide insights to management.
  18. Compliance & Reporting
  19. Ensure all transactions follow company compliance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  20. Prepare and present MIS reports, branch performance data, and sales forecasts.
  21. Coordinate with the Head Office for approvals, support, and escalations.
