Key Role: Senior Merchandiser Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing buyer accounts, procuring orders, and providing inputs to design teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage buyer accounts to achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Procure orders from procurement to payment receipt, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Provide input to design teams for product development and collections, utilizing market insights and trend analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with buyers, communicating market trends and negotiating deals to secure new orders at competitive prices.
  • Regularly visit factories and stay up-to-date on market trends to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in merchandising and marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in merchandising or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
