Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to assist with the efficient running of our kitchen in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to manage the kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center.
  2. Plan, organize, direct, and control the Kitchen operation and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Sous Chef or 2-3 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large banquet operations.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
