Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to assist with the efficient running of our kitchen in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to manage the kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the Kitchen operation and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience as Sous Chef or 2-3 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large banquet operations.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
