Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at House of Silver Emporium in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction, and customer support expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication, issue resolution, and seamless customer experience.
  • Manage client relations, handle inquiries, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
