Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls for B2B customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Dial outbound calls for lead generation or sales support, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Handle chat queries and provide email support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends, staying ahead of the competition.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving skills.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested by management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in international voice process.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to liaison with customers and US stakeholders effectively.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including Excel, Word, and Access (optional).
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels, with minimal supervision and assuming accountability for issues until final resolution.
- Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
