Grow Your Staff: Enterprise Sales and Training Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales and Training Liaison to join our team at Grow Your Staff, a custom apparel company based in New York. This is a full-time remote opportunity with excellent growth prospects.

About the Role:

  • You will serve as the primary liaison between Campus Manager Trainees and our team, ensuring seamless communication throughout their training journey.
  • Manage daily operations to execute training programs and initiatives effectively.
  • Guide trainees in developing entrepreneurial skills and successful business models on their campuses.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to equip trainees with knowledge and strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Collaborate on innovative ideas to empower trainees and contribute to the success of Campus Managers.
  • Analyze feedback from trainees and Campus Managers to enhance training programs and support systems.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide actionable feedback for tailored guidance.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Training team to align programs with organizational objectives and improve the Campus Manager experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on sales experience with proven expertise in crafting compelling sales pitches.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
