We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with expertise in the BFSI domain. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by delivering Onextel’s CPaaS solutions to enterprise clients in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BFSI industry needs and the ability to translate those into tailored CPaaS offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise clients in the BFSI sector, focusing on CPaaS solutions like SMS, Messaging, Voice, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT heads, and marketing leaders in the BFSI domain.

Solution Selling

  • Understand the unique communication challenges and regulatory requirements of BFSI clients.
  • Offer tailored CPaaS solutions that enhance customer engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and product demonstrations.

Industry Insights & Market Positioning:

  • Stay abreast of BFSI trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position Onextel as a trusted CPaaS partner.
  • Represent Onextel at BFSI industry events, forums, and conferences.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to guide product innovation.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector and/or CPaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI communication needs, including regulatory compliance and customer engagement.
  • Expertise in CPaaS solutions, particularly SMS, Messaging, Voice, and WhatsApp.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales management.
