Customer Service Professional for B2B SaaS Company

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Taglynk, a dynamic B2B SaaS company.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Job Description:This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a Technical Support Representative at Taglynk, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients to ensure a successful experience with our products and services.
Your primary focus will be on fielding and servicing all direct customer inquiries and requirements, working in conjunction with internal teams to achieve agreed strategies and business plans.
- You will assist with new client trial-to-pay conversion through contributing to demos, taking part in presentations, and speaking to the long-term success of clients.
- Daily correspondence through various channels, including video conferencing, email, telephone, and social media inquiries, will be a key aspect of this role.
- You will provide customer service on small to midsize accounts of moderate complexity, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns, issues, and bugs.
- Conducting product training to clients as needed and acting as a liaison with colleagues throughout all departments to drive a common strategy will also be essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience in a relevant capacity, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with fluency in other languages a plus.
- Ability to easily adapt to CRM systems and automation tools.
- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers/clients at all times.
- A love for tech, marketing, and continuous learning.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check specific to the position applied for.
