
Customer Experience Manager

Key Role:
A proactive Customer Retention and Accounts Specialist is needed to oversee customer interactions, facilitate subscription purchases, and resolve overage discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and customer service experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk, are also required.
Duties include contacting customers to address outstanding overages or encourage subscription renewals post-trial expiration, processing orders promptly after customer inquiries, and coordinating account suspensions when necessary.
The selected specialist will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of follow-ups and interactions, generating reports on key performance metrics, and tracking process improvements.
We seek a professional with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration skills to foster a positive customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
