The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming calls and respond accordingly
  • Greet visitors at the office and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain important documents, files, and records in an organized manner
  • Ensure all stationary items are up-to-date and order fresh stock as required
  • C-coordinate with internal and external customers regarding telephone messages and other issues
  • Attend meetings and trainings as per requirement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
