Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.\
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, empathizing with customers and offering personalized solutions.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement process improvements.\
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.\
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.\
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by being responsive, courteous, and professional in all interactions.\
  • Meet or exceed productivity and performance metrics set by management.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.\
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by maintaining open communication, respecting colleagues, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
