Customer Experience Associate Role at The Corporate Pot

The Corporate Pot is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the customer service team in handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Day-to-day operations with the customer service team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Work closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and satisfaction on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and personalized communication.
  • Address and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer service software and tools to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 2-month internship.
  • Number of Positions: 8.
  • Work from home.
  • Working Days: 6 days a week.
  • Timings: 9:15 to 7:15.
  • Stipend: INR 15,000 for 2 months.
