Job Summary
Hifly Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Take orders, process payments, and manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Use MS Office and portals to manage customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and processes
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and portals
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
