Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Vianaar Homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interactions: Effectively manage guest interactions, addressing concerns both pre-booking and post-booking, ensuring seamless experiences for our valued guests.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of property-related items, including furnishings, amenities, and supplies, guaranteeing properties are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary items while ensuring cost-effectiveness, maximizing value for our organization.
  • Property Upkeep: Maintain properties to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Enforcing Upkeep Schedules: Ensure all areas are regularly cleaned, maintained, and inspected, upholding exceptional service standards.
  • Housekeeping Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities, guaranteeing efficient and effective cleaning operations throughout the properties.
  • Quality Control Implementation: Assess and enhance the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, consistently meeting high expectations.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance as required, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal property condition.

A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive impact on guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in managing inventory, schedules, and upkeep tasks.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000-$72,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, to support your well-being and career growth.
