Job Purpose:

The primary function of this role is to develop new clients, new markets, and reactivate existing customers. This encompasses the full array of sales, from generating new leads to writing proposals, closing contracts, and developing strategies and sales plans to expand and grow the business.

The employee is responsible for developing trust and respect with each client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the company and the delivery of the service. This role requires focusing on both medium- and long-term opportunities, analyzing market dynamics, and understanding our competitive position to penetrate new areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain a thorough understanding of services offered by us.
  2. Understand target markets and build strategies to attract new clients.
  3. Use network and market intelligence to generate and maintain likely market trends and competitor analysis to support market position strategy.
  4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while being aware of varying customer cultures.
  5. Proactively generate leads and sales opportunities.
  6. Develop sales strategies, closure plans, and commercial responses to convert opportunities to revenue to hit agreed targets.
  7. Produce and deliver high-level presentations.
  8. Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
  9. Demonstrate professionalism and value across all areas of the business.
  10. Work closely with colleagues or other internal teams on cross-territory opportunities.

Skills Required/Preferred:

4 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in international sales is an added advantage, experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA / Any Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%, Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills would be an added advantage.
