Job Title: Senior IT Sales Director
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our IT sales team at Art Technology and Software India Pvt Ltd. As a Senior IT Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the IT sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT solutions industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions
- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights for product development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of proven work experience in IT sales, with a focus on software solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales initiatives and meet ambitious targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing contacts and network in the current IT market
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
