IVR Testing Role

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IVR Test Engineer.

 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work as part of a global testing team for IVR testing.
  2. Align with business partner goals and deliver results according to agreed schedules and specifications.
  3. Provide technical inputs to assist project managers in creating project plans, effort estimates, requirement gathering and analysis, risk analysis.
  4. Escalate issues timely and take appropriate measures to improve quality and prevent recurrence.
  5. Understand and analyze changes in technology and process that impact development and support of builds and tools.
  6. Buddy/mentor junior resources in technical areas.
  7. Ensure project delivery does not suffer while replacing a resource.
  8. Handle technical escalations for the team.
  9. Conduct training sessions to develop skills of team members and increase awareness of various technologies and processes.
  10. Suggest and implement industry best practices in projects, as applicable.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in IVR testing using Cyara.
  2. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes in writing clear, concise, and precise test cases and executing them.
  3. Document test cases.
  4. Record test progress and results.
  5. Create test plans.
  6. Identify and track bugs throughout testing.
  7. Research and analyze product features being tested.
  8. Access and analyze requirements using IVR call flow diagrams.
  9. Should have experience in IVR testing and banking domain knowledge.
  10. Should have hands-on experience of Natural Language Call Starring testing (NLCE) / voice Bio testing.
  11. Experience on HP QC test management tool.
  12. End-to-End IVR testing experience beneficial from call dialing in IVR till call transfer to an agent.
  13. Added advantage if candidate has experience in testing Voice Biometrics and Speech/Conversational IVRs.
  14. Basics about Agent Toolbar Testing.
  15. IVR test estimation.
  16. IVR report testing.
  17. High-level understanding of Genesys platform.
  18. Knowledge of Cyara tool for test automation, Hammer tool for performance testing.
  19. Should have prior experience of managing or working with a global team.
  20. Maintain an agile mindset by adopting practices and processes identified as required for the domain, leveraging agile delivery methods.
  21. Must be able to lead/guide junior resources working on multiple projects.
  22. Able to lead multiple IVR projects simultaneously.
